Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Items may only be replaced if they are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet these conditions.
